Detailed DescriptionThis large spacious 120Sq mtre atico duplex is located just one block away from the beach at San Sebastian. Stroll down and walk along the wide promenade with its local bars and restaurants and dont forget the fabulous beach and the famous Sitges church.
Or take a 5 minute walk and enjoy the hustle and bustle of Sitges town centre with its boutiques, nightclubs, bars and restaurants.
The apartment is situated in a quiet street and entrance is via one flight of stairs to the Atico Duplex.
The lower level of the duplex, sees an open area leading off to the three double bedrooms. The airconditioned master bedroom is large with fitted wardrobes, a queen sized bed and an ensuite full bathroom and balcony The second airconditioned bedroom is also a very good size with balcony
The third double is smaller, is cooled by fans and also has a balcony On this floor there is also an additional full bathroom. Stairs from the hallway takes you to the open, light and airy living area which has two sofas, desk, new large flat screen TV, point for Ipod connection and DVD player.
On this floor you can find the large kitchen with dining table and chairs and all the utensils for self catering living
A separate laundry room and toilet are also on this floor Whilst there is aircon in the two main bedrooms, there are also ceiling fans in almost all the rooms, however the apartment benefits from its position both as an atico and because it is so close to the beach and has wonderful sea breezes.
From the living area there are sliding doors to the terrace area with dining table and chairs for Al Fresco dining with views of the beach, the mediterranean and the wonderful Church. If the sun gets too much for you the striped awning gives shade.
The railway station is a short walk away where every twenty minutes you can catch a train for the 35 minute trip to Barcelona
