This apartment accommodation has been made available for the 2013 holiday season. It is brand new and has been finished to a very high standard incorporating everything you could need for an enjoyable self-sufficient holiday. The location is truly fantastic being only one minute from San Sebastian beach, five minutes from the heart of Sitges old town and less than ten minutes from the marina. It is a perfect base from which to enjoy everything Sitges has to offer and also to return to when rest and recuperation are desirable
The apartment is reached via an easy walk up to the first floor, video entry providing additional security. The building has a lift should it be required and there is car parking (Subject to availability) in the basement for a small/medium sized vehicle.
The lounge/diner is of good proportion and includes the large “smart” TV, “Blue-Ray” DVD player, telephone (local and incoming calls) and Wi-Fi. Here you can connect your MP3 player into the apartment’s speaker system and have your music played in any room you wish. The air-conditioning is controlled from here and every room has its own independently operated wall mounted radiator. There is also an easily converted double sized sofa bed which will enable additional guests to be able to stay. A charge will be made in this case for additional linen and laundry, currently €15 per night.
A good sized balcony is accessed from the living area through glass sliding doors. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the garden view, listen to the sea or catch a glimpse of the waves crashing against the walls below the famous church. Lounger chairs have been provided in addition to another dining table so that you can enjoy al fresco dining. The balcony benefits from sunshine most of the day, has an awning, and is free from street noise.
The bedroom has a king size (160cm) bed together with fitted wardrobes and drawers providing ample storage space. The shower room is en suite and incorporates a large walk in shower and heated towel rail
