The apartment is very relaxing, well furnished and modern. A 4th floor penthouse apartment (with elevator), there is a large sunny terrace, very large lounge dining room with flat screen tv and SKY freeview, good sized kitchen, one bathroom and one en-suite shower room, two double bedrooms. It is air-conditioned throughout and has central heating.(NB with new Astra satellite due to come on line in 2013 we cannot guarantee all channels will be available.)

This apartment is extremely light, there are two sets of double doors that take you out onto the large sun-trap terrace which is very hot and sunny especially in the afternoon and evening.

There are awnings for shade, good quality dining furniture and potted succulents.

One bedroom has an en-suite and there is a large second bathroom, with overhead shower

Large, well equipped kitchen with utility room area. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board etc etc.

The owners have furnished the apartment pleasantly and it is extremely comfortable for up to 4 people. Very much a luxury apartment at a good rate, in a fantastic location and with some of the best sun and light in Sitges.
