This 300 year old house situated in one the cobbled streets in the old part of Sitges has been lovingly and sympathetically restored and renovated to become a house that you would rarely find on the holiday rental market.

Close to the world famous San Bartomeau church and on a street leading from the beach, once you have stayed here you simply won´t want to leave.

Entrance is from the cobbled street through the most wonderful arched doubled wooden carved doors. In the entrance area there is an open shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. Also located on the ground floor is a toilet and wash basin in beautifully decorated Italian tiles

An archway entrance to the living room with fireplace also decorated with Italian tiles has Sky Free view HD, and elegant furnishings which makes this a most exquisite and elegant room.

At the end of the sitting room is an L shaped dining room with double french windows to the internal courtyard/patio area, which is decked and has table and chairs and chill out area with sofas and cushions

The ultra modern kitchen has a wine cooler, 2 ovens, a dishwasher, osmosis to purify the water for drinking and a fridge freezer, together with all that is necessary for you during your stay

Wooden stairway takes you to the first floor on the right of which is a triple bedroom, which has a double bed and an additional single bed, leading from this room is another triple with 3single beds. This bedroom having doors to juliet balconies overlooking the internal patio area. A bathroom makes up this area

On the left of the stairwell is a shower room and a double bedroom with ceiling fans wardrobes and small Juliet balcony with pot plants overlooking the cobbled street.

Takes take you to the 2nd floor where on the right is a double bedroom with wardrobes, ceiling fans and a shower room with separate toilet, you will also find a washer/drier housed separatly, together with a another double bedroom with air conditioning

On the left of the stairwell is another shower room and tripled bedroom and a double bedroom with another single bed.

Stairs from this floor take you to the decked roof terrace with views of the sea and the world famous church.

This areas is a great place to chill and take in the sun, with sofas, cushions, loungers and table and chairs, and shower area. Alfresco living can´t get better than this.

The roof kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, sink, 2 ring hob and fridge freezer

ADDITIONAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

150 Euro Cleaning fee.

There is a 50Euro per night supplement for stays between 17th July and 19th August

To secure this property a 30% deposit is required, with the balance payable by one bank transfer directly to the owner 30 days before arrival. Details to be provided upon booking

Upon arrival you will be required to pay a security cash deposit of 750Euro to be held until check out

SPECIAL OFFER - 15th January 2014 to 15th May 2014 monthly rate of 3900Euro plus bills. December 2013 7000Euro. The security deposit on a monthly booking is 2000Euro, from this will be deducted any damages.

Minimum stay is 5 nights

Stays of more than 2 weeks will qualify for a discount.

Stays of more than a week will result in an interim change of bed linen during the stay

Additional services can be arranged at an extra costs

11am check out, but a late check out can be available subject to availability of the house

Check in is normally after 3pm, but subject to no check out that day, alternative arrangements may be made

As this house in in the heart of town which is residential, no parties are allowed

No pets allowed and smoking in the house is not permitted.
