In close proximity to Sitges town Centre and the beaches of Sitges, this accommodation is an ideal location for families or groups of friends. The Villa offers 1 master bedroom with ensuite and separate dressing area, a further two double bedrooms share a family bathroom.
The lounge area also has a sofa bed which could sleep additional guests. Just off the living area is a separate toilet.
The Villa benefits also from a large lounge - dining room with a 37" inch flat screen TV and sky+ (incl movies and sports).
The lounge opens out onto a very spacious terrace with a dining area with covered pagoda and separate seating area.
There's a large fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need for a self catering holiday and there is also a downstairs cloakroom.
The pool is large, measuring 10m by 4m and the pool area benefits from all day sun and has areas for dining and sunbathing with sun loungers and parasols provided.From this area there is a bridge over a fruit garden leading to a secluded roof terrace with sea views and chill out area. The pool area also has a separate shower room with WC.
With a shower and toilet in the swimming pool area and in the garage there is a total of 5 toilets accommodating the house
The railway station is a short 10 minute walk where you can take a 35minute trip into Barcelona to enjoy wandering along Las Ramblas, or enjoy an evening at the theatre or a day shopping in the fabulous shops.
A 500Euro deposit is required which is returned at the end of the stay after the property is checked by the managing agent.
