This fabulous Villa is only a 5 minute drive from the beaches of Sitges. The Villa was built and decorated with style, elegance and comfort in mind, it has modern furnishings and contemporary artwork throughout.

There are two terraces with fantastic views out to sea, ideal for BBQ's and 'al-fresco' dining

There is a central atrium which circulates a cooling breeze throughout the villa.

The communal pool is probably the biggest and most stylish in Sitges. The backdrop is the Garraf National Park, thus providing fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.

For those of you that need a break from the tranquility around the pool there is a tennis court to practice your game, set and match play.

The accommodation is made up as follows:

Wooden sleepers take you to the front of the Villa and you enter to the hallway leading to the large living room. This area benefits from comfortable leather sofas, flat screen local and satellite TV, WiFi internet access with desk and office space, just in case you need to keep contact with the outside world

From the living room there is direct access to the spacious terrace with table and seating for 8 people, ideal for al-fresco dining. A Webber BBQ is insitu for Villa guests

The kitchen/dining room has table and seating also for 8 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, water filter, coffee machine, in fact everything you would need to make your stay as comfortable as it possibly can be

Next to the kitchen is the wash room with washing machine, iron, drying facilities and storage, this area houses the water filtration system

All the bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of wardrobe space.

The main bedroom has a large king size bed and ensuite facilities, with access to a balcony with great views over Sitges and out to sea

The second double bedroom also has a large king size bed and balcony access

The twin bedroom is light and spacious

A single bedroom completes the sleeping accommodation - it has a single bed with an additional mattress and space to accommodate an 8th person.

Loungers are provided for use around the fantastic pool and if you wish to play tennis racquets are provided for Villa occupants.

You really wouldn't want to stray far from this beautiful villa. The main terrace has a contemporary stone surface with built in spotlights creating ambient evening lighting.

Should you wish to take advantage of facilities nearby, the beaches of Sitges are a 5 min drive or a 20minute walk. Golf is catered for at the spectacular 18 hole golf course at the Terramar in Sitges. Andorra is only a 2 hours drive away for those keen skiers and of course Barcelona with its Gaudi architecture is only a short 30 min train trip away.
