This truly is a fantastic penthouse apartment. It is situated in the old town of Sitges, with its vibrant bars, restaurant, art galleries, museums and cobbled streets.

The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with all modern conveniences. Each bedroom has a balcony with views over Sitges and beyond. The stunning, large third floor terrace isn´t overlooked and has loungers, views of San Sebastian Beach, the mediterranean sea and the church are fantastic.

Bedroom one has a queen size bed, fitted wardrobes and a balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard

Bedroom two, has a double bed, fitted wardrobes with again balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard

Both bedrooms have ensuites, the larger having a bath-shower, bidet, toilet and sink, the smaller having a shower, bidet, toilet and sink

The kitchen has all the essential utilities, electric hob, oven, combi-boiler, microwave, fridge freezer etc.

The spacious living dining area, is very tastefully furnished, the dining table being large with seating for 6 people, the living area, has two sofas, a 38ins flat screen TV, with SKY freeview, DVD and CD playing facilities.(NB with new Astra satellite due to come on line in 2013 we cannot guarantee all channels will be available.)

Leading from the living room is a terrace for alfresco dining with stairs to the large third floor terrace.

The accommodation is ideal for 4 people, although there is a fold up bed with sufficient room in either bedroom to accomodate it, ideal for a child, should this be utilized an additional cost of 15Euro per night is levied to cover linen costs.

This apartment is fantastic for friends or families and as it is in a residential block we would expect holiday makers to respect this

Minimum stay during the winter period is 7 nights

Once you have paid your deposit to Stay Sitges, they will e-mail you a registration form for you to email back to the owner to FULLY confirm the booking, given there are now new tourist laws governing the rental of apartments. Each guest will need to provide passport details.

As we are fully licensed and approved by the council, we have to collect a new tourist tax being levied on all holiday accommodation. It is 50 cents per person (over 16) per day up to seven days. After days seven there is no charge. We collect this on arrival in cash.

Payments The balance of the rental is due on arrival in Euros. Once you have paid your deposit there is no requirement for full or partial refund of it. If you cancel up to 8 weeks before your booking there is no liability to pay the balance in full. After 8 weeks you are liable for the full balance. Should a replacement booking materialise then you may be released from this obligation. Equally given a reasonable time frame and extenuating circumstances a partial refund of the deposit may be given.

Check-in/out Check-in: from 3pm. Check out: by 10am (unless by prior agreement) Extra charges for out of hours check-in: 8am to 8pm: no extra charge, 8pm to 11pm: 20€, 11pm to 3am: 30€, 3am to 6am: 50€, 6am to 8am:30€.

Security Deposit A credit card number is taken on arrival against any major breakages so you will not need to bring a cash deposit. If you are unable to provide a credit card, a cash deposit of 500€ will be required.

Cleaning For stays in excess of 7 nights, bed linen and towels will be changed during your stay, except where otherwise advised or agreed. You will be advised of the day on arrival. You are responsible for the removal of garbage and emptying the dishwasher and leaving the apartment in a reasonable condition on departure. An end of stay clean is included.
