During the past few months the owner has refurbished the apartment to a very high standard to release if for rentals starting July 2013.
It is in a great location and should you book this apartment for Carnival or Gay Pride, the processions pass directly under your balcony. You will also have a ring side of the world famous San Bartolameu church which comes alive during the firework displays of Fiesta Major and Santa Tecla. These festivals are in August and September respectively.
StaySitges also manages the apartment next to this apartment and should families or groups of friends wish to be together then these are a great option.
The entrance to the building is on the sea front and the apartment can be found on the first floor, access can be either by lift or stairs.
You enter the apartment to the long hallway which leads to the beautiful lounge/dining room. With double glass sliding doors leading to the balcony which has spectacular views of the beach and out to sea, or you can simply sit and people watch as holiday makers go about their business in the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars that line the sea front. Clubs and general night life is a short few minutes walk away.
The kitchen is next to the living room with an opening onto the living room to ensure you don't miss out on whats going on, or to ensure you can still gaze out to the beach. The kitchen has everything you will need for a self catering holiday.
Further down the hallway will be found the bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and the window is over one of the narrow streets of Sitges.
Next to the double bedroom is both the single bedroom and the twin bedroom, which both have sufficient hanging and cupboard space for your clothing
The apartment has one large shower room, which has a shower, large sink and toilet. A second toilet can be found next to the shower room.
The owner has been very sensible in pricing this apartment very well for this season and you certainly will not be disappointed if you manage to secure any dates this summer.
