Detailed DescriptionThere are only 2 apartments in this building, ESTEVE and NOEL. The entrance is from one of the main shopping streets, Calle Jesus, so you really are in the heart of things.This apartment is brand new and has been lovingly restored by the owner using imported floors with mediterranean features and all hand made ecological furniture.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of 2 double bedrooms, shower room, living/dining room, kitchen and internal patio area.
As you enter the apartment you have on the right hand side one of the double bedrooms, this has a window looking onto Calle Jesus but is double glazed to keep out the street noise. Both beds are hand made, with mattresses consisting of many different layers, see the description at the end.
Next to this is a good sized shower room with walk in shower, toilet and bidet.
You then enter the living/dining room with comfortable settee, chairs and flat screen tv. Here is also the dining area, separated by a wall and with table and chairs for 4 people.
The second double bedroom is accessed from the living room and has a window to the internal patio area.
The kitchen contains everything you would need for a self catering holiday.
The internal patio area is perfect for relaxing, reading or having a glass of cava before heading out to enjoy the Sitges nightlife.
As this apartment and NOEL are in the same building they would be perfect for 2 families or a large group of friends who wanted to holiday together but still have their own space.

In the main bedroom a King Size bed comprising of 4 levels, a base made from seaweed, natural rubber and horsehair, a mattress made of horsehair and coconut fiber and another mattress with magnificent crushed Goose Feather down - these beds are handmade and more or less guarantee a great night’s sleep.
In the other room you will find a bed with 2 levels composed of the same base and amazingly comfortable mattress.
All the furniture in the apartment is from brand Coco-Mat, totally ecologically friendly and made by hand with 100% natural materials.
This apartment is inspired by a Mediterranean theme with summer colors like blue and white to convey peace and quiet, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
