This large spacious apartment accommodation provides comfortable and well-priced accommodation for up to 8 guests, 9 with the fold up bed.

Located in the Oasis centre which is very close to the town centre so close to all the bars and restaurants and less than a 5 minute walk from the beaches. This apartment also has the benefit that guests can use the communal pool.

The apartment has 4 double bedrooms, all with wardrobes.

The main bathroom is stylish with modern fittings and large walk in shower. The second shower room is very much the same as the main bathroom, but slightly smaller.

Fully air conditioned and with central heating.

Balcony that is large enough to use for cocktails or to have morning coffee.

An American style open kitchen (the kitchen is adjacent to the living room and guests can chat and cook with everyone at the same time!) The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary utilities if you wish to eat in and is very easy to work in.

Please note this apartment has a normal minimum stay requirement of 5 nights although a shorter stay can be agreed subject to a supplemntary charge of Euros75 for a 3 or 4 night stay.

Wifi is available at a supplement of 5Euro per day

The servicing of this apartment is provided through the owner. StaySitges act purely as the booking agent. The owner advises that there will be sufficient linen and towels in the apartment for the length of your stay

For High and Peak season prices are based on 6 people sharing and there is an additional 35Euro per person per night for up to 11 people.

For Low and Medium season prices are based on 4 people sharing, there is an additional charge of 35euros per person per night for up to 11 people renting the apartment.

The balance for this apartment is payable on arrival in euros cash. Cash security deposit required on arrival of 250Euro or the equivelant in sterling, refundable on check out.
