The apartment comprises 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 beds that make into a double bed or twin beds. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

A large lounge with integral American galley kitchen and the choice of terraces for a morning coffee, afternoon cocktail or some serious sun-bathing and dining.

The apartment, in a modern block from the same year, was built in 2002 and has been fitted out to a very high standard by its owners.

Facilities include the 2 bathrooms and washing machine, TV, DVD player, music centre, outside and inside dining space, a well equipped and proportioned kitchen for the serious or relaxed cook. Sun loungers and dining facilities from either inside the apartment or on the huge roof terrace.

The location of the apartment is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of town in a modern block, with lift. On the top of the Pins Bens, north of the railway line but in a “village setting” area the panoramic views are truly spectacular. A quiet and relaxing location but still in touch with the night and beach life of Sitges.

Lots of wardrobe space and good oversize double beds (suitable for taller guests) and a light and airey feel to the whole apartment.

Because of its position the apartment has a good ventilated flow of air and remains cool even in the heat of Summer. There is air-conditioning to the bedrooms. The apartment also benefits from secure underground car parking - 1 space - with remote control access

Very close by there is a fantastic gym, indoor pool, sauna and wirlpool, you could spend the day there for just 6Euro
