The apartment can be located on the ground floor of this residential block. Enter the apartment to the hallway which leads to the spacious, light living/dining room and kitchen.

The sofa is L shaped, and also acts as a sofa bed and if used there is an additional cost to cover linen hire and laundry.

There is a flat screen TV with DVD player and WiFi making this a real home from home.

Glass dining table with white leather chairs and a fully fitted very modern kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher. In fact everything you need for a self catering holiday.

From the hallway there are doors leading to the bedrooms. These are made up as a large double bedroom, with lots of wardrobe space, a twin bedroom, which could be made into a double, with fitted wardrobes and a large single bedroom also with lots of wardrobe space.

From the hallway also is access to the bathroom with full bath and shower over. There is also a small wash room from the hallway housing the washing machine and storage space.

The garden which leads from the sliding doors in the living room really is a fabulous place to spend your time. With outdoor dining table and chairs and lots of space to lounge, you won't want to spend too much time away.

The owners of this apartment has used this as a home for the last few years and reluctantly have had to move away. A lot of love and care have been applied to make it a fantastically modern and welcoming place to holiday
