Previously a private residence, Seaview apartment with its amazing sunny terraces is newly available for 2013. You really won't want to do anything but spend you entire summer here.

Situated in Calle Barcelona, a street located in the historic part of Sitges, with its cobbled streets and world famous San Bartomeu church.

Just 1/2 block from San Sebastian beach and the revamped pedestrian area where you can sit overlooking the beach in the unique bars and restaurants. The main beaches and town centre are a 2 minutes walk past the church. Here there are numerous beaches, boutiques and Sitges main night life - bars-restaurants-clubs.

The attic apartment is on the 3rd floor (walk up) of the building. The living area is made up of a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and everything you will need for you self catering holiday. The seating area has a comfortable sofa which converts to a sofa bed should you be a party of 4. An additional cost of 20Euro per night is made should the sofa bed be used.

There is a flat screen TV, a fold away table with chairs for eating indoors and large double sliding doors which take you to the first terrace with table and chairs for alfresco dining.

A small hallway leads to the bathroom which has large walk in double shower.

Next to the bathroom is the spacious double bedroom which overlooks a quiet courtyard and has built in wardrobes.

Access to the upper rooftop terrace is from the living room. The privacy, the space, the views, are second to none.

Sit on the terrace at night sipping your bubbly and view the illuminated church steeple and the night lights of the port.

The majority of the festival processions and celebrations pass along Calle Barcelona therefore you can witness the celebrations from the terrace - the fireworks from the rooftop are just stunning
