This fabulous apartment is spectacular. The owners have just renovated and refurbished the apartment for the 2013 season. The standard of the refurbishment is to a very high specification

San Sebastian beach is on your doorstep as is the cobbled streets and beautiful architecture of Sitges old town.

The shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants and night life are just a short 5 minutes stroll away, as are the museums and art galleries.

Enter the building from Calle Barcelona and take the stairs to the first floor. As you enter the apartment the hallway lends itself to being an area to sit at the desk and access the WiFi system through your laptop, iPhone, iPad etc.

On the right of the hallway there is the door to the 2nd bedroom this will have twin beds, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

Next to the bedroom is the living room, with air conditioning this is spacious and light and has doors openeing to the moon shaped balcony which overlooks the banana trees in the garden. The apartment has a flat screen TV, very comfortable sofas and dining table and chairs

Leading from the living room is the main bedroom which has a king sized bed and fitted wardrobes, this room does not have air conditioning, but with the door open into the living room the flow from the air conditioning unit directly opposite is sufficient for your needs

From the living room the door takes you to the main bedroom which also overlooks the garden and there is a door with access to the large en suite shower room.

The second, main bathroom is on the left from the entrance hall and contains a full bath with shower over.

The kitchen is opposite the living room and is very modern with dishwasher, fridge freezer oven, hob, in fact everything you need for a self contained holiday.

There is also a utility room next to the kitchen and this is where the washer dryer is.

This apartment is truly a great place to enjoy a beach holiday, just a few seconds to the fantastic San Sebastian beach and in a lovely narrow Spanish street. You do have access to the communal roof terrace also should you wish to take in the views.

Sitges train station is 5 mins walk away and here you can take a 35 minute train ride into Barcelona to enjoy all that the city has to offer, save in the knowledge you can be home in your apartment within the hour.

Should you be holidaying with groups of friends or family and require additional accommodation, Stay Sitges also manage the apartment on the top floor of the building and another apartment immediately above this apartment, as well as an apartment in the building next door.
