Situated very close to Sitges, in the area called Quint Mar. This privileged area guarantees you tranquility and beautiful views with the surrounding area being a 'green' zone. The beaches of Sitges are close by and so is the lovely harbour at the Aquadolc with its fine restaurants and bars

The views are stunning out to sea and with views of Sitges, the very famous church and the surrounding hills and countryside

The Villas are great for big groups of friends or families, gardens with fruit trees, each with a private pool, BBQ and large terraced area and private parking. The properties have recently been built with quality material and everything is fresh and new.

The very large lounge /dining room has sufficient seating to accommodate 12 people in confortable sofas and dining chairs. Large flat screen TV and DVD facilitities.

12 sleeping in spacious bedrooms with twin or double beds and fitted wardrobes, large windows with views. Each Villa has 5 bathrooms, with an additional sofa bed to accommodate and extra two people

With maid service daily to make your bed and clean the Villa, all you have to do is enjoy your stay.

Lots of additional services can be offered - scooter hire - bike hire - babysitting - dinner service, breakfast service - just ask your hostess who will meet and welcome you to the Villa

For those of you who play golf your hostess can give advise regarding the best course to play at and during the winter months you can spend the day skiing, as the nearest ski station is only a two hour drive

These Villas are offered on a weekly basis with check out and check in on Saturdays

StaySitges act solely as a booking agent for these Villas and the terms and conditions relevant are as follows PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Terms and Conditions These terms and Conditions apply specifically for this property where StaySitges SL act purely as a booking agent and do not assume any responsibility beyond that role. Therefore the conditions listed below are provided by the owner/agent for the property and as such this is basis of the contract between you the client and the owner/agent of the said property PAYMENT • DEPOSIT o A deposit of 50% will be charged in advance prior to confirmation of the booking. No booking is confirmed until such a deposit has been received. The deposit is non refundable Once the booking has been confirmed. • BALANCE o 62 Days before arrival the balance to be received -YOU SHALL BE ADVISED OF TRANSFER DETAILS WHEN BOOKING CONFIRMED • CANCELLATION POLICY o Once the deposit has been paid this is non refundable o After payment of the final balance this also is non refundable should the booking be cancelled SECURITY DEPOSIT This property represents a huge financial investment to the owner therefore it is important that they are protected against any excessive loss/damage or neglect, over and above the normal wear and tear of ordinary living • Upon arrival the client will pay to the owner/agent 1000Euro in cash, to cover loss or irresponsible damage • Upon check out the owner/agent will repay this to the client in cash less any amounts that fall into the above category. CHECK IN CHECK OUT Transport can be arranged from the airport to the properties for up to 20 people, please contact with regards to pricing • Check in is not before 1500hours to ensure the property is prepared after exiting client • Check out is before 1000hours to ensure the property is prepared for arriving clients The above relates to the busiest period out of the main months and should there be some flexibility in terms of arrivals and departures the client should discuss this with the owner/agent upon arrival Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a reasonably clean and tidy state on the day of their departure. DURING YOUR STAY • During the months of June, July, August and September free transport to and from either the beach or Sitges Centre will be provided twice daily for clients staying at the Quint Mar Properties, twice down and twice back • Cleaning will be daily • Linen change the maid will change the bed linen once a week or more frequently should it be required, or indeed with prior arrangement • Hire of items, numerous items may be hired please contact for details NOISE AND DISTURBANCE The properties are in residential areas and while you may be on holiday, the neighbours may be working and we therefore ask that you respect this. Should the owner/agent receive complaints from neighbours and should the owner/agent deem these complaints as upheld, the owner/agent may ask you to leave the property immediately with no recompense. DATA PROTECTION We respect the privacy of the information that you provide and to us via this website. Other than particular information which is required between StaySitges and the owner/client, we will not sell, rent or trade any personal information to third parties for marketing purposes, without your express consent. We only collect data from you when you book a property through the website and when you speak with a member of StaySitges or staff provided by the owner/agent Any credit card information you provide through the StaySitges website is encrypted for transmission from your computer to StaySitges system and is stored securely. The information is only used to make the deposit for the booking and the details are automatically deleted from StaySitges system after 10days. From time to time these terms and conditions will , or may change, however at the time of booking whichever conditions are in place will be relevant.
